Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship across Canada.

Delivery times vary by region but generally arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

All orders over $100 (before tax and discounts) qualify for free shipping.

Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

Local Pickup (if available)

If you’re nearby our Saskatchewan facility, select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you once your order is ready for collection.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t show up, please email purelykidsco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is listed as pre-order or backordered, your full order will ship once all items are available. You’ll receive updates by email when your order is on its way.
