At Purely Kids, we create every product with care keeping you and your little one in mind. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

🍼 Refunds & Damaged Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to issue a store credit or replacement.

To process your claim, please email purelykidsco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including:


  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item(s)

  • A short description of the issue

  • The date and time your package was received

Our team will review your request promptly and make it right.

🚚 Cancellations & Order Changes

All orders are final once placed.

If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.

If you’d like to add to an existing order, a new order may be required, and additional shipping charges may apply if your first order has already been processed.
